Packages - "KOBE" Bacon Jam & Cheddar Burger Package


4ea - 6oz Akaushi Kobe Burgers

4ea - Burger Buns

10oz - Bacon Jam

4ea - Cheddar Cheese Slices

8oz - Sauteed Red Onions

8oz - Creamy Peanut Butter (Optional Add-On)

Condiments - Lettuce, Tomatoes, Pickles, Red Onions

1ea - Large Bag of Truffle Kettle Chips

2 LBS - Zucchini & Squash Planks for Grilling

2ea - Rolls of Toilet Paper


Cook patties in HIGH HEAT pan or on HIGH HEAT Grill for until done.   (I cook at High Heat when cooking burgers so that I can trust the timing of the sides.  The times below are a "Rule of Thumb" you can go by to know when to flip the pattie.   Only flip once.   Don't press the burger.   You are pressing out the Flavor.....)

3min 30 sec per side for rare to rare plus

4 min per side for Med Rare

4 min 30 sec each side for Medium

5 min each side for Done

Once you pull the burgers off, let them rest for 4 min before eating....   

Add the Cheddar Cheese to the top of the Burger Patty 1 minute before pulling off the grill/pan so that it's fully melted into the Patty.   

Peanut Butter is Optional.   It is served on the Side, but it tastes awesome with the Bacon Jam.    

Toast the Hamburger Buns....  (Peanut Butter Optional) Spread Peanut Butter on bottom bun and spread Mayonnaise on the top bun.   Place the cooked burger on top of the bottom bun that has the Peanut Butter spread on it...  Top the Cheese Burger with Bacon Jam and Sauteed Red Onions, add Lettuce and Tomato and top with the Top Bun that has the Mayonnaise on it...   Enjoy. 

Brush Zucchini and Squash with any Canola, Vegetable, Olive oil, etc.   Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste just before the vegetables go on the grill.    (If they are seasoned to early they will begin to sweat out their water...). Grill them until they are cooked through and reach an Al Dente (about 3 min per side)
