Packages - "KOBE" Akaushi Sante Fe Poblano Burger Package


4ea - 6oz Akaushi Kobe Burgers

4ea - Burger Buns

Grilled Poblano Toppings

8oz - White Queso Topping

6oz - Pickled Red Onions

6oz - French Fried Jalapeno Topping

6oz - Broken Tortilla Chip Topping

Condiments - Lettuce, Tomatoes, Pickles, Red Onions

1ea - Large Bag of Truffle Kettle Chips

2 LBS - Zucchini & Squash Planks for Grilling

2ea - Rolls of Toilet Paper


Cook patties in HIGH HEAT pan or on HIGH HEAT Grill for until done.   (I cook at High Heat when cooking burgers so that I can trust the timing of the sides.  The times below are a "Rule of Thumb" you can go by to know when to flip the pattie.   Only flip once.   Don't press the burger.   You are pressing out the Flavor.....)

3min 30 sec per side for rare to rare plus

4 min per side for Med Rare

4 min 30 sec each side for Medium

5 min each side for Done

Once you pull the burgers off, let them rest for 4 min before eating....   

Reheat White Queso Topping in microwave (30-40 sec), Spread equal amounts of the White Queso on each of the burgers with a spoon, top with the Roasted Poblano, Crushed Chip and Pickled Red Onion (Optional).  

Brush Zucchini and Squash with any Canola, Vegetable, Olive oil, etc.   Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste just before the vegetables go on the grill.    (If they are seasoned to early they will begin to sweat out their water...). Grill them until they are cooked through and reach an Al Dente (about 3 min per side)
