1ea - Half Order of Mexican Beef Enchilada Casserole (Pre-Cooked and ready for Reheat) (Gluten-Free)

1 LBS - Beef Fajita with Sauteed Peppers & Onions (Pre-Cooked and Sliced) (Gluten-Free)

1 LBS - Chicken Breast Fajita with Sauteed Peppers & Onions (Pre-Cooked and Sliced) (Gluten-Free)

1ea 16oz Deli Container - Veggie Fajitas (Corn, Black Beans, Mushrooms, Mexican Stewed Tomatoes)

1ea - Refried Beans (HALF SHALLOW PAN)

1ea - Spanish Rice (HALF SHALLOW PAN)

10ea - Flour Tortillas

10ea - Corn Tortillas (Gluten-Free)

10ea - Crispy Corn Tortilla Taco Shells (Gluten-Free)

Condiments - Salsa, Sour Cream, Shredded Cheese, Sliced Jalapenos, Pico de Gallo

1ea - Large Bag of Tortilla Chips

4ea - Mexican Street Corn (Pre-Seasoned and Wrapped in Foil, Ready to Bake or Grill)


Enchilada Casserole Instructions - Place whole container in microwave and heat for 3-4 minutes until hot.    

Fajita Meat Instructions - Heat up Large Sauté Pan on Stove Top on HIGH HEAT.  Add 2 Tbsp of oil to pan.   As the oil heats it should look like it is becoming "thin".   Once hot, add the meat to the pan to bring it up to temperature.    You can either mix the meat together or use two pans and reheat them individually.    Your choice.....

Preheat Oven to 375 degrees.  Place pans of Refried Beans and Spanish Rice in oven and cook for 30-35 min or until internal temperature reaches 150 degrees.

Heat Tortillas in Microwave until Hot
